The National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) is a nationally-directed, locally-administered program of training, employment services, and related assistance that increases economic opportunities for migrant and seasonal farmworkers. The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration awards NFJP grants through a competitive process every four years though a Funding Opportunity Announcement.
