To transmit a videotape summary of the Work-Learning Integration Programs for Youth Conference sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration's (ETA) Region III Office. The Conference was held on October 11 and 12, 1994

To distribute the Program Year (PY) 1994/Fiscal Year (FY) 1995 Employment and Training Administration's Customer Satisfaction Report prepared for the Vice President's National Performance Review (NPR).

To transmit estimated employer contribution rates for 1994 and 1995.

The purpose of this bulletin is to transmit the updated Directory of Native American Grantees, the Federal Representative Team's Assignment Sheet and a Change of Address form.

To transmit Tax Rate by Industry tables for 1992 and 1993.

To inform grantees of missing PY 1994 Quarterly Report(s) and due dates for submission of Annual Status Reports (ASR).

To provide the State Employment Security Agencies (SESAs) with operating guidance on how to interpret and apply the TRA qualifying requirement contained at 20 CFR 617.11 (a) (2) (iv) of the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program regulations for the TAA and NAFTA-TAA programs.
