Advisory Opinion 1976-82

This is in reply to your letter dated February 9, 1976, requesting advice as to how to proceed to secure a review of our determination that the [union] Benefit Fund is covered under Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.

There is no formal procedure for securing a review of our determination. However, the information furnished in your letter of December 31, 1974, has been reviewed but there appears to be no reason to change our ruling. If you have any additional information we would be happy to reconsider our determination.
