Emily Prosise, District Director
Emily Prosise was appointed District Director of the St. Louis District Office and Kansas City Resident Investigative Office in July 2011 and became District Director of the current Denver-St. Louis District Office and Kansas City Resident Investigative Office in October 2013. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an assigned jurisdiction, including responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed in the assigned field office. Emily Prosise has spent her entire OLMS career in the St. Louis District Office. She was hired as an investigator in May 2003, advanced to senior investigator in October 2008, and to supervisory investigator in August 2010. Ms. Prosise participates as an instructor for Investigative Skills Training and has taken a leadership role in administering agency personnel matters. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned a master’s of education degree in counseling in 1997 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
