The catastrophic flooding in eastern Kentucky brought devastating damage to entire towns and neighborhoods in the heart of where many of our beneficiaries live and where many of our clinics and other stakeholders are located.

We know many of our miners in the affected areas are having difficulty accessing medical care, diagnostic exams, and other services. We are here to help! We can assist in these areas:

• Claimants or beneficiaries impacted by the flooding needing assistance with medical scheduling, medical treatment services, and/or supplies
• Medical providers, attorneys, or other stakeholders needing to request an extension for submission of evidence or responses, or to update us on your operational status
