The Division of Coal Mine Workers' Compensation (DCMWC) medical benefits recipients will receive new benefits cards in the mail. These cards will have the new pharmacy contact information. Beneficiaries should use these new cards as soon as they are received, because pharmacies will not be able to accept your current benefits card after March 15, 2024. If you do not receive your card by March 15, 2024, please call Acentra’s Customer Service toll-free number at 1-800-638-7072.
