The Key to Timely and Accurate Labor Union Reporting
Yesterday, the Director of the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) posted a blog on the Department of Labor's website. In the blog, Director Jeffrey Freund discusses OLMS' Voluntary Compliance Partnership (VCP) program, how through it OLMS provides national and international unions with tools to assist their affiliates in meeting the reporting and financial integrity requirements of the LMRDA, and the measurable improvement in affiliate compliance directly attributable to VCP participation.
