Michael Delaney

Michael Delaney serves as the Chief of the OLMS Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA). In this role, he manages OLMS compliance assistance and liaison programs, including the Voluntary Compliance Partnership (VCP) program with national and international labor unions, as well as procedures for ensuring the accurate and timely submission of LM reports. DCA also oversees the content and functionality of the OLMS website, particularly in relation to the submission, receipt, and disclosure of LM reports.

Before taking on this acting role, Mr. Delaney had been a lead Compliance Assistance Specialist within DCA since August 2021. He joined the agency in 2017, bringing with him extensive experience from his time at the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration, where he held significant roles in both the Office of Foreign Labor Certification and the Office of Workforce Investment. Mr. Delaney is a graduate of Howard University.
