Erica Matthews

Erica Matthews serves as the Acting Chief of the Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA). In this role, she manages OLMS compliance assistance and liaison programs, including the Voluntary Compliance Partnership (VCP) program with national and international labor unions, as well as procedures for ensuring the accurate and timely submission of LM reports. DCA also oversees the content and functionality of the OLMS website, particularly in relation to the submission, receipt, and disclosure of LM reports.

Before taking on this acting role, Mrs. Matthews had been the Lead Compliance Specialist within DCA since January 2023. She joined the agency in 2016. Mrs. Matthew holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bowie State University.
