James Haskins

James Haskins serves as the chief of the Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA).  The DCA chief manages OLMS compliance assistance and liaison programs, such as the Voluntary Compliance Partnership (VCP) program with national and international labor unions, and procedures for identifying and securing accurate and timely LM reports.  DCA also maintains the content and functionality of the OLMS website, including the submission, receipt, and disclosure of LM reports.  Previously, Mr. Haskins served as the chief of the DCA predecessor, the Division of Reports, Disclosure, and Audits (DRDA), from January 2019 until December 2021.  Prior to becoming the DRDA Chief, Mr. Haskins served as Chief for the Branch of Audits within DRDA.  He began his Federal career with the Department of Labor’s Office of Inspector General where he last served as a Team Leader in the Office of Accountability Audits.  Mr. Haskins has spent his entire career within DOL.
