A set of  Standard  Operating  Procedures  (SOPs)  that were developed  to  define  and  clarify  the  roles  and  operating procedures of institutions for the prevention, identification, data collection, referral, treatment, reporting of children  involved in hazardous child labour; and aim to strengthen inter-institutional and multidisciplinary cooperation to protect the rights of the child and to protect children from hazardous child labour (HCL).
