A report brief that assesses the intersection of child labor, working conditions in women’s enterprises, and women's economic empowerment initiatives at a global level, and will inform the development of the RICHES toolkit. Two pilot countries, El Salvador and the Philippines, were chosen for an in-depth study and for testing the tools to evaluate their global applicability.
