A French-language guide to enable women's economic empowerment, child protection, and other actors to collaboratively provide participants a comprehensive, holistic package of services that will increase their ability to address issues of harmful work for children (child labor) and adults, and to strengthen their livelihoods. This includes developing local resources, assessing organizational capacity, identifying appropriate linkages, formalizing linkages, and managing linkages.
