Megan Ireland

Megan Ireland was appointed Central Regional Director in July 2024. The OLMS regional director is responsible for leading a nationwide criminal and civil enforcement program within a broad geographic area. As regional director, she formulates annual regional program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitors and evaluates the program work conducted in three field offices. From 2003 to 2013, Ms. Ireland served as an investigator in the OLMS Cincinnati District Office. She was promoted to supervisory investigator of the Cincinnati-Cleveland District Office in 2013 and then to District Director in 2019. Ms. Ireland graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. In 2003, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.

District Director

Thomas Murray was appointed the District Director for the OLMS Detroit-Milwaukee District Office in 2018. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an assigned jurisdiction, including responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed in the assigned field office. Mr. Murray joined OLMS as an investigator in August 2003. He served as a senior investigator in September 2008 and as a supervisory investigator from 2014 until 2018. Mr. Murray graduated from Marquette University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in information technology & supply chain management.

Supervisory Investigator

C. Jason Kish was appointed the Supervisory Investigator for the OLMS Detroit-Milwaukee District Office in November 2019. Under the oversight of a district director, the OLMS supervisory investigator is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an OLMS field office, including shared responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed. Mr. Kish joined OLMS as an investigator in 2014 and was promoted to supervisory investigator in 2019. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in history/humanities from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO.

Michael Purcell serves as District Director for the Chicago District Office. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an assigned jurisdiction, including responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed in the assigned field office.

Supervisory Investigator

Shamus McGee was appointed as Supervisory Investigator for the OLMS Chicago District Office in April 2015. Under the oversight of a district director, the OLMS supervisory investigator is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an OLMS field office, including shared responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed.

Lyle Hollowell was appointed as Supervisory Investigator for the OLMS Cincinnati-Cleveland District Office in June 2019. Under the oversight of a district director, the OLMS supervisory investigator is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an OLMS field office, including shared responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed. Lyle joined the Cleveland District Office as an investigator in 2004 and became senior investigator in 2010. Lyle obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in speech/communications from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association.
