The Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) provides public access to data that promotes transparency in labor-management relations. Available information includes union officer elections, trusteeships, financial reports, employer and consultant activities, and voluntarily submitted collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). OLMS also protects workers’ rights on Department of Transportation grant-funded projects. These efforts support the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) and its goals of union democracy, financial integrity, and labor-management transparency.
