DECISION AND ORDER

This proceedmg arose under the Standards of Conduct provisions of the Civil Service 5 U.S.C. 7120, and the implementing regulations, 29 CFR 457 et seq., as a result alleging an improper trusteeship over Local 28 of the National Federation of Federal - - - (NFFE) in violation of 29 CFR 458.26. On April 29, 1998, the parties entered in agreement resolving all disputes. Among other actions, Respondent rescinded an claim of trusteeship over Local 28 retroactive to Apnl 11, 1997, and a&med that have been placed under trusteeship. On May 7,1998, Administrative Law Judge approved the settlement agreement in his Recommended Decision and Order. No exceptions to the Recommended Decision and Order have been filed. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, THAT, thls case be, and it hereby is, dismissed.

Pursuant to a revision of the standards of conduct regulations published on February 10,1997,62 FR 6094, following a reorganicition of the Office of Labor-Management Standards, the complainant in a case involving an alleged violation of 29 CFR 458.26 is the Chief, Division of Enforcement The position of Director, Office of Elections, Trusteeships, and International Union Audits, the original complainant in this matter, was abolished.
