Megan Underwood
Megan Underwood is currently serving as Acting Director, Office of Field Operations for the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS). The Director, Office of Field Operations supervises the regional directors and provides executive-level leadership and direction for OLMS field program operations nationwide. Ms. Underwood began her federal career in June 2003 by joining OLMS as an investigator in the Philadelphia District Office. In June 2015, she advanced to a supervisory investigator position and was appointed District Director of the Philadelphia-Pittsburgh District Office in August 2019. In May 2022 she was appointed Northeastern Regional Director. She assumed her current acting position in January 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
