Labor Board of Contract Appeals

From July 14, 1972 until January 5, 2007, the United States Department of Labor Board of Contract Appeals (DOL BCA) was housed within the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ).

The DOL BCA issued its last decision on January 5, 2007. Effective January 7, 2007, the DOL BCA and seven other civilian BCAs were consolidated under a new United States Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. See Section 847 of the FY 2006 Defense Authorization Act, Pub. L. No. 109-63.

Although the DOL BCA no longer exists, for research purposes this website contains a legacy database of DOL BCA decisions covering the period from 1982 to 2007.
