Prevailing Wage Appeals Relating Wage and Hour LCA Investigations [JSW]

JSW cases involve appeals of prevailing wage determinations made by the Employment and Training Administration at the request of the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division pursuant to 20 C.F.R. § 655.731(d) during the course of an investigation into an employer's H-1B Labor Condition Application (LCA). These appeals reference the Job Service Complaint System regulations for procedure before the ALJ.

Note that prior to FY2005, OALJ used "JSA" case designations for section 655.731(d) cases. Thus, earlier decisions on this topic may be found in the JSA Caselist .
