UPDATE – March 15, 2024
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has contracted with Conduent to provide pharmacy billing services to the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC). By March 15, 2024, all recipients of medical benefits under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Act should have received a replacement Medical Benefit Identification Card (MBIC) containing the new pharmacy information. If you are a DEEOIC medical benefits recipient and still need a new MBIC, please contact the Acentra Customer Service toll-free number at 1-866-272-2682.
As of March 15, 2024, pharmacies are required to submit their pharmacy transactions electronically to Conduent for payment. Pharmacies are encouraged to call Conduent at 1-866-664-5581 for prescription benefit and processing assistance.

Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) medical benefits recipients will be receiving a new benefits card (White Card) in the mail in March 2024. These cards will have new pharmacy benefit information, so you should use your new cards at your pharmacy as soon as you receive it. Pharmacies will not be able to accept your current benefits card after March 15, 2024. We encourage you to check this site in the coming weeks for additional information as OWCP works through the process of changing the pharmacy benefit service contractor. If you do not receive your card by March 15, 2024, please call Acentra Customer Service toll-free number at 1-866-272-2682.
