In the past, adjustments to Continuation of Pay (COP) data were not made until the end of the fiscal year. However, in order for agencies to better track their LPD data throughout the year, reported adjustments to COP are made each quarter. COP for the second quarter of FY2007 reflects reported adjustments by agencies.
