Andrew R. Davis

Andrew R. Davis has served as the Director of the OLMS Office of Program Operations since May 2021. The OPO Director is responsible for the management and direction of OLMS program operations, including oversight of the OLMS Division of Compliance Assistance, Division of Enforcement, and the Division of Interpretations and Regulations. Mr. Davis began his OLMS career in November 2005, as a policy and law advisor in the OLMS Division of Interpretations and Standards (DIS). In 2007, he worked on detail as an investigator in the OLMS Washington District Office. In January 2009, Mr. Davis became the DIS Chief. Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Maryland and the Catholic University of America School of Law.
