Molly Wagoner
Molly Wagoner was promoted to the Chief of the Division of Enforcement (DOE) in December 2025. The Chief of DOE provides leadership and direction regarding civil and criminal enforcement activities under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), and related laws. Ms. Wagoner and her staff work closely with OLMS field offices and with the Office of the Solicitor’s Division of Civil Rights and Labor-Management to ensure appropriate enforcement activities under the LMRDA.
Molly embarked on her OLMS career in 2003, initially joining as an investigator in the Washington District Office. In 2006, she was converted to a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) investigator and began focusing on criminal investigations. In 2009, she was promoted to a Senior Investigator and then moved to DOE as an investigator in 2010. Throughout her career, Molly has engaged in many OLMS- and DOL-wide projects and initiatives in both the civil and criminal program areas. She has also served as an instructor for Criminal Investigator Training since 2012. Molly graduated from the University of Virginia.
