Federal EEOICPA Procedure Manual
The Federal Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) Procedure Manual is a publication that communicates the functions of the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) program in making decisions regarding claim compensability. Periodically, interim revisions to the Federal EEOICPA Procedure Manual occur. DEEOIC publishes these updates as Program Bulletins and these directives revise, replace or add guidance communicated in the current version of the Procedure Manual. DEEOIC will then incorporate interim edits into the next published Procedure Manual version.
