Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC)
On January 4, 2021, DEEOIC issued Circular 21-01 advising affected parties of DEEOIC’s intent to notify enrolled medical providers of any suspension or debarment determinations made by the Department of Labor’s Suspension and Debarment Official (SDO). Such notice applies to entities providing medical services and supplies (medical providers) to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). As outlined in that Circular, DEEOIC will publish on its website a listing of providers that have been suspended or debarred, with the effective date. DEEOIC lists currently debarred or suspended medical providers below. If an injured worker is receiving treatment from a provider listed below, DEEOIC will authorized a change of providers, if requested.
