The Jacksonville Office is the Central Mail Receipt and Central Case Create site and receives all mail regardless of the owning compensation district and suboffice. Any correspondence you send to your claims examiner or District Director should be mailed to the following address.
All mail should be sent to the address listed below for processing, even if another office is administering the claim. The Jacksonville office is thus designated as the "Central Mail Receipt" site. No mail for any case should be sent to any other office.
