In October 2020, the Federal partners launched the RETAIN Phase Two competition. As many as five Phase One recipients may receive up to $21,600,000 each to scale up and implement the RETAIN program they started during Phase One. Phase Two will span four years, during which states will continue to receive programmatic technical assistance and will participate in an independent evaluation.
RETAIN Phase Two proposals are due in mid-February 2021. We anticipate awarding Phase Two funds in April 2021. Stay tuned for the big announcement!
