Business Operations Center
The Business Operations Center (BOC) is under the leadership of Director, Julia Tritz and Deputy Director, Macaire Carroll-Gavula. They directly oversee the following offices: Office of Real and Personal Property (ORPP), Office of Worker Safety, Health and Environment (OWSHE), Office of Support Services (OSS), Office of Facility Operations (OFO), and the Wirtz Labor Library.
The Wirtz Labor Library is under the leadership of Director Macaire Carroll-Gavula.
The Office of Real and Personal Property (ORPP) is under the leadership of Director, Heath Rehkop. It consists of two branches: the Branch of Real Property and Space Management and the Branch of Personal Property.
The Office of Worker Safety, Health and Environment (OWSHE) is under the leadership of Director, Jermaine Thomas and is organized into two branches: the Branch of Safety and Occupational Health and the Branch of Workers' Compensation.
Office of Support Services (OSS) is under the leadership of Director, Sharon Alexis and is organized into two branches: the Branch of Administrative Services and the Branch of Conference Management.
The Office of Facility Operations (OFO) is under the leadership of Director, Michael Horace. It consists of two branches: the Branch of Building Management and the Branch of Maintenance Services.
