ANSWER: Decisions of Administrative Law Judges and Administrative Review Board decisions may be found on the Department’s website. ARB decisions from 1996 to the present are listed chronologically or alphabetically. ALJ decisions are searchable in the Office of Administrative Law Judge’s Document Management System. ARB and ALJ decisions, as well as Secretary decisions and other relevant decisions predating the ARB, are also searchable on Westlaw’s legal research database (Thomson Reuters).
