To notify State Workforce Agencies of the opportunity to apply for Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 funds as the lead state to establish, via a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor’s (Department) Employment and Training Administration (ETA), a national UI Integrity Center of Excellence (Center).
