Acting Administrative Officer

Michael Brice

Michael Brice is serving as the acting Administrator Officer for the Women’s Bureau. A Baltimore, MD native, Michael has seventeen years of experience working for the federal government on various administrative areas, thirteen of those working at the Department of Labor.

Before joining the Women’s Bureau, Michael served as the administrative officer of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Workplace Compliance and Equality Office (WECO). In that role, Michael worked closely with the WECO Director and was responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of WECO, including budget execution, contract officer representation, FOIA processing, HR matters, travel administration, and any other duties that needed to be completed. Michael is personable and a team-first professional, who is recognized for his integrity, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and drive to improve office efficiency.
