Dr. Carl Campbell
Carl Campbell, Ph.D., has been responsible for oversight of all DOL contracting offices for the U.S. Department of Labor since assuming his role in August 2015. Throughout his tenure, Dr. Campbell has led acquisition growth and transformation at the Department. He provides strategic leadership for requirement innovation, project initiatives, talent acquisition, and enterprise services – ultimately advancing the Department's mission-critical work.
