On July 1, 2025, the U.S. Department of Labor published the Notice of Proposed Rule Making, “Modifications to the Regulations Implementing Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as Amended,” in the Federal Register.

Please Note: The voluntary self-identification form is an OMB‐approved form. The only portion that contractors may modify or delete is the "For Employer Use Only" section, which was added to give contractors flexibility to enhance their recordkeeping for data analysis required by OFCCP's regulations.
