Foreign Labor Certification Grant Planning Guidance for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 through FY 2027
To provide guidance to State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) applicable through FY 2027 and announce the grant allotments for FY 2025 foreign labor certification grants.
SWA staff should direct all grant-related questions to the OFLC National Office at FLC.Grant@dol.gov.

June 2025 Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Seminars
These Department of Labor prevailing wage seminars will offer sessions on a variety of Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, and related compliance topics over the course of two days. The sessions on the first day will be primarily focused on topics related to Davis-Bacon Act compliance, while the sessions on the second day will be primarily focused on Service Contract Act compliance. Participants can attend all sessions on both days, or can pick and choose among sessions to focus on specific topics.
2025 Virtual Agricultural Labor Seminar
Please join us and other federal agencies at this year’s virtual agricultural labor seminar. We will focus on federal regulations governing agricultural employment such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, H-2A Temporary Agricultural Program, and the Labor Chapter of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Flexible Job Options for Military Spouses and Caregivers
Transition Employment Assistance for Military Spouses and Caregivers (TEAMS) is a series of Department of Labor (DOL) employment workshops that extend the Department’s Transition Assistance Program to assist military spouses and caregivers as they plan and prepare for their job search in pursuit of their employment goals. All TEAMS workshops are instructor-led virtual training, provided at a variety of times, to meet the needs of individuals stationed throughout the world.
Flexible Job Options for Military Spouses and Caregivers - This two-hour workshop shows participants how to explore, research, and secure legitimate, career-building flexible job options. It also breakdowns hot topics such as gig economy jobs, temp and contract work, home-based businesses, and how to shift from an office to remote work location.
