To advise state workforce agencies of the completion of the Federal State Data Exchange Billing (FSDEB) component of the Federal State Data Exchange System (FSDES) website.

To announce the release and availability of Comparison of State Unemployment Insurance Laws 2010.

To announce the rate of interest that the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) will charge on Title XII advances during CY 2015.

To provide additional guidance to state workforce agencies concerning: 1) DUA documentation requirements for individuals filing DUA claims; and 2) applying the state law provision(s) for late filing of regular Unemployment Compensation (UC) appeals to DUA appeals.

To ensure states are aware of the locality-based salary rates for certain Federal civilian employees.

To request that states provide to the Department of Labor (Department), in their submissions under Form MA 8-7, information pertaining to state work search requirements in effect as of October 1, 2018, for conformity purposes.

To ensure states are aware that: 1) the social security survivors and old age retirement annuities and the Federal civilian pensions annual cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will increase for calendar year 2015, and 2) COLA information may be found on the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Web site.
