To notify state workforce agencies of the availability of funds through the Supplemental Budget Request (SBR) process for costs related to the implementation of sequestration requirements impacting the EUC program.

To advise states of temporary changes to the permanent federal-state extended benefits (EB) program.

To provide adjusted funding levels for Program Year (PY) 2012 allotments for the Dislocated Worker program under WIA Title I Section 132(c) on recapture and reallotment.

To provide states with instructions for implementing and operating the new temporary Federal Additional Compensation (FAC) program, including fiscal and reporting instructions.
