Diana Sen is the Deputy Director of the Office of Contract Compliance Programs. Diana previously served for more than 13 years as the OFCCP Regional Director for the Northeast Region and during this time simultaneously served in temporary roles as Acting Regional Director for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Deputy Director Sen is an experienced SES leader at the U.S. Department of Labor and served as the Acting Deputy Director for several months in 2021. As Regional Director, Diana handled some of the agency’s largest matters and brings a wealth of experience on Veterans’ issues under VEVRAA and disability issues under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Prior to joining OFCCP, Diana served as Senior Counsel at LatinoJustice PRLDEF, formerly the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, where she litigated major civil rights cases in the southeastern United States. Earlier, Diana was an attorney at the international law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York City for six years, specializing in general commercial and white-collar litigation. She is a past national president of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a past president of the Network of Bar Leaders in New York City. Diana is serving her fifth year on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association as their Vice President for the First District.
Diana received her J.D. from Emory Law School and her BA and MA in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Florida.
