The Women’s Bureau currently administers three grants to help women succeed in the workplace.
FARE
The Fostering Access, Rights, and Equity (FARE) grant program assists underserved and marginalized women workers who have been impacted by gender-based violence and harassment in the world of work.
In 2023, the FARE grant program awarded $1,521,324 to five community-based organizations that undertook projects to assist marginalized and underserved women workers who have been impacted by gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the world of work.

TRADESWOMEN BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE
The Tradeswomen Building Infrastructure (TBI) grant furthers efforts to create pathways for women into building trades apprenticeships and public works construction careers.
In 2023, the TBI grant awarded $1.35 million to the State of Illinois to fund teams in four or five locations around the U.S. to build equity plans, promote their adoption, and guide the implementation of programming to increase women’s inclusion and equity.

WANTO
The Women in Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Occupations (WANTO) grant helps to expand pathways for women to enter and lead in all industries.
In 2023, the WANTO grant program awarded $5,000,000 to seven community-based organizations.
