The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a useful method to request information from agencies that you cannot easily find or is not available online. This page is intended to help you find that information and be your “one-stop-shop” for answers to common FOIA requests that the HRC receives on a regular basis.

Please note that the only information our office can provide is information pertaining to the Department of Labor and to the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM).
