SUBJECT: 90-day Employment verification requests
This memorandum is in reference to Department of Energy (DOE) employment verification requests which have been identified as outstanding for 90 days or longer.
These cases, listed below, have no outstanding issues other than the DOE response. Hence a recommended decision or a referral to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) cannot be issued.
I respectively request that you intervene on our behalf by inquiring into the status of these/this employment verification(s).
