LM-20 Common Errors Fact Sheet
The Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) posted a new fact sheet on its website, titled Avoiding Common Errors on the Form LM-20 Report. The Fact Sheet provides information to assist labor relations consultants with correctly filing Form LM-20 reports, which detail persuader and surveillance agreements with employers.
Specifically, the Fact Sheet provides general guidance and examples of common errors made when filing the Form LM-20. The Fact Sheet will better assist consultants with filing required reports more accurately and efficiently.
