Joy Mitchell-Friedman

Joy Mitchell has over 30 years of experience with OLMS and has held the position of District Director in the New York District Office since April 2018. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading criminal and civil enforcement programs within an assigned jurisdiction, including formulating annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitoring and evaluating the program work performed in the assigned field office. Ms. Mitchell has worked on a wide range of civil and criminal investigations throughout her career with OLMS. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Labor Relations from Rutgers University.
