PrintThe document is an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) tool to improve the working conditions of young workers of 16 and 17 years of age in the tea sector of Rwanda. It aims to help young workers in tea sector to achieve two main objectives: prevention of main risks associated to OSH hazards in tea plantations and tea factories; and performing on-site management of OSH accidents while waiting for support.
