Molly Wagoner

Molly Wagoner currently serves as Acting Chief of the Division of Enforcement (DOE). The Chief of DOE provides leadership and direction regarding civil and criminal enforcement activities under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), and related laws. Ms. Wagoner and her staff work closely with OLMS field offices and with the Office of the Solicitor’s Division of Civil Rights and Labor-Management to ensure appropriate enforcement activities under the LMRDA.
