Please review the Administrative Notice on Foreign-Language Interpreter and/or Translation Services, 2025-MIS-00005 (Chief ALJ June 25, 2025), for information on the procurement and payment of foreign-language interpretation and translation services in cases before the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges.
The parties must advise the presiding administrative law judge promptly if auxiliary aids are necessary under 29 C.F.R. § 33.11 (appropriate auxiliary aids where necessary to afford an individual with handicaps an equal opportunity to participate in a hearing).
