The Division of Coal Mine Workers’ Compensation, or Federal Black Lung Program, recently mailed Customer Experience Surveys to a randomly selected group of claimants. The survey is completely voluntary; however, if you received a survey, we would appreciate your feedback. Your input will help us identify areas where we are doing well, and areas that need improvement to make the claims process as positive, equitable, and inclusive as possible. Please complete and return the survey within 60 days of receipt.
