As a part of OFCCP’s ongoing efforts to support federal contractor compliance with the Executive Order 11246 regulations, the agency is providing the below list of resources that federal contractors may find useful. This is not an exhaustive list as there are many governmental and non-governmental organizations that provide information and support to contractors on issues related to effective outreach and recruitment of minorities and women. OFCCP has developed to provide resources from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) by assisting federal contractors to enhance diversity and inclusion programs and in meeting its affirmative action goals.

HBCU Job Boards

HBCU Careers – This resource has a long history of working with the Career Services Offices at HBCUs and helping employers connect with diversity candidates. HBCUCareers.com's goal is to help diversity students find job opportunities and to help employers find top talent.

HBCU Connect – HBCU Connect provides a platform that includes a Job Board for Students and Alumni. Additionally, HBCUConnect.com is the largest community of students, graduates, recruits and fans of Historically Black Colleges and universities.

HBCU Career Center – The HBCU Career Center helps and encourages diverse students and alumni to pursue and achieve success through career planning, work experiences, and meaningful college activities such as internships and study abroad opportunities.

HBCU Lifestyle – HBCU Lifestyle adds value to the HBCU community by contributing relevant and thoughtful content for parents, current students, and alumni. It also provides valuable information on careers and job advertisements.

INROADS – INROADS helps businesses gain greater access to diverse talent through the continuous leadership development of outstanding ethnically-diverse students. It aids in the placement of those students in internships at many of North America’s top corporations, firms, and organizations.

HBCU 20x20 – HBCU 2020 is a national diversity and inclusion company whose mission is to prepare and connect Black college students and graduates to quality job and internship opportunities.
