Table Notes:
Exit-based performance results (i.e., ERQ2, MEQ2, ERQ4, CRED, and ESE) require time for participants to exit and then four to six quarters post exit for outcomes to occur and be reported.
** indicates a value that was suppressed in order to protect sensitive individual participant wage record and personal identifiable information.
NA indicates when no measure or performance result is available because there were no participants in the relevant cohort for that measure or performance indicator.
* Report Quarter End Date in this report reflects the most recent report quarter that was (a) included in this report, and (b) certified by the grantee. Some grantees that received no-cost extensions may have submitted additional reports after this date, which are not factored into this report.
The WIOA Performance Indicators included in this report are:
ERQ2 - Employment Rate in the 2nd Quarter After Exit
MEQ2 - Median Earnings in the 2nd Quarter After Exit
ERQ4 - Employment Rate in the 4th Quarter After Exit
CRED - Credential Attainment Rate (training participants who attained a credential during participation or within 1 year after exit)
ESE - Effectiveness in Serving Employers (Retention with the Same Employer in the 2nd and 4th Quarters after Exit)
DATA SOURCES:
Enrollment rate is based on grantee’s enrollment target data submitted in the YouthBuild Grantee Performance Management System (GPMS) as of 8/15/2024
Information on ERQ2, ERQ4, MEQ2, and ESE reflect a combination of:
the Program to Date (aka grant totals) CRIS results reported in the grantee’s certified report in the quarter listed in Report Quarter End Date, and
the results of a additional runs of CRIS outcomes for a rolling 4 quarters period ending with the 2025-12-31 report quarter. This data was obtained using records submitted in the 2024-12-31 reports but applying the timing for cohorts for the 2025-12-31 report quarter.
Information on CRED reflects a combination of:
the Program to Date (aka grant totals) reported in the grantee’s certified report in the quarter listed in Report Quarter End Date, and
the results from an additional calculation of CRED for a rolling 4 quarters period ending with the 2025-12-31 report quarter. This data was obtained using records submitted in the 2024-12-31 reports but applying the timing for cohorts for the 2025-12-31 report quarter.
