Prepare for the Next Step in Your Career

TEAMS is a series of employment training workshops that help military spouses and caregivers find success in their job search. These instructor-led workshops are delivered at no cost by trained facilitators, across a wide range of times to provide ample flexibility for participants stationed worldwide. Workshops are offered on-installation and instructor-led virtually.

TEAMS workshops cover multiple aspects of the job search.

Take as many workshops as you would like to reach your employment goals.

Virtual Workshops

Workshops are scheduled in three time zones on a rotating basis:

  • US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Japan Standard Time (JST)
  • Central European Time (CET)

Register for the workshop you need at the most convenient time for you.

To find out if TEAMS workshops are offered near you, please contact your TAP site or your Family Transition Center.

Workshop Details

TEAMS workshops are stand-alone training modules. You can take all of the workshops or just a few and they can be taken in any order that fits your availability and schedule.

    This two-hour workshop, focused on military spouse entrepreneurship, provides an overview of the programs and resources available through the U.S. Small Business Administration to start, grow, expand, and recover a small business. Participants will learn about the resources available to help with getting started or continuing the path of entrepreneurship.
