Employment Navigator & Partnership Program (ENPP)

Career Assistance Personalized for You

The Employment Navigator and Partnership Program provides one-on-one career assistance for transitioning service members and their spouses. The program is available in-person or virtually at select installations worldwide. ENPP also connects participants with partner organizations that can provide additional employment-focused training and services to help participants reach their employment goals.

Your transition journey belongs to you. An Employment Navigator is a professional coach who will help you create a career plan that aligns with your personal interests, skills, and values.

ENPP leverages employment resources, training services, and expertise available from approved partners. Employment Navigators connect participants to partners to receive additional employment support.

Eligibility

• You must be a transitioning service member or their spouse
• Within two years of retirement or 365 days of separation
