She oversees the Department's IT portfolio and ensures our technology strategy aligns with the President's Management Agenda priorities. This includes strengthening cybersecurity resilience, advancing digital transformation, modernizing legacy systems, and promoting swift adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and quantum computing. She has served in multiple senior leadership positions and continues to serve as the Chief AI Officer. Her strategic vision and execution have been instrumental in advancing the Department's mission-critical services. She architected the Department's artificial intelligence strategies, established DOL's enterprise data platform, and advanced technological leadership through the adoption of low code/no code solutions.

Heather Calandruccio is a seasoned administrator with over 20 years of expertise in high-level administrative leadership within the Federal government, specializing in human capital and resource management programs. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the U.S. Department of Labor, Heather is an integral part of the executive management team, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on Enterprise-wide Information Technology initiatives. Previously, she held the position of Associate Director of IT Administration, where she managed executive, administrative, and human resource services for OCIO. With a steadfast commitment to effective governance and leadership, Heather acts as a key advisor to the Chief Information Officer, driving strategic alignment, ensuring the successful execution of priorities, and overseeing complex cross-directorate initiatives and operational activities.

Cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of experience managing information assurance and information technology across the public and private sectors. As Acting Director of the Cybersecurity Directorate, he leads the Department of Labor's comprehensive cybersecurity program, advancing enterprise-wide governance, resilience, and risk management in alignment with the President's Management Agenda and federal zero-trust architecture initiatives. He directs Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) implementation, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident response, and security awareness programs. His leadership transformed the Department's cybersecurity governance and policy portfolio, modernizing oversight processes and strengthening alignment with federal standards.

Tim Erskine is a seasoned IT leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions in complex business and technical environments. As Director of Mission Support in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Chief Information Officer, he oversees the development, operations, and maintenance of a broad portfolio of mission- and business-critical systems. He holds Project Management Professional, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, and recipient of three Secretary’s Exceptional Achievement Awards. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Scott Hall is a federal IT executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, network operations, and technology service delivery at the U.S. Department of Labor. As Director of Enterprise Service Delivery, he leads the Information Technology Operations and services Directorate, overseeing department-wide IT operations and Infrastructure supporting DOL’s workforce programs, enforcement operations, and mission-critical services across the country. His portfolio spans enterprise network services, unified communications, service desk operations, and IT modernization initiatives. Throughout his career at DOL, he has directed large-scale modernization efforts including enterprise communications platform transitions, network infrastructure refresh programs, and data center consolidations, consistently delivering operational improvements while maintaining mission continuity under challenging conditions. He serves as a principal advisor to the Chief Information Officer on operational risk, portfolio management, and enterprise IT strategy.

Aung Htein is a results-driven IT executive with more than two decades of experience across the public and private sectors, combining deep technical expertise with leadership in enterprise modernization and digital transformation. As Director of Digital Services and Mission Support Systems at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), he oversees the development, operations, and modernization of a broad portfolio of business systems and digital services supporting multiple DOL agencies, delivering innovative, mission-focused, customer-centered solutions. He holds an M.S. in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University, a post graduate certificate from the Chief Information Officer Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, and undergraduate degrees from Strayer University and George Mason University. He also maintains eight cybersecurity and IT certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Information Systems Security Engineering Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Ethical Hacker, and Certified Cloud Security Professional.

Eric Lahaie is a federal executive with more than 25 years of service, including more than ten years directing enterprise-level administrative, IT, policy, operations, and fiscal programs. Much of his expertise was gained while supporting the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which included stints as Deputy Director for Administrative Programs and Deputy Director for Cooperative and State Programs. As the Acting Director for Administration, Business Management and Governance (ABMG) in the Department of Labor’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), he leads OCIO administrative operations including budget development, expenditure control, acquisitions, personnel administration, and organizational performance, governance, and compliance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Africana Studies from Luther College.

Phani Tangirala is an accomplished technology executive with more than 28 years of public- and private-sector experience, known for deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and people-centered leadership that delivers transformation at scale. As Director for Technology Innovation and Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), he leads the development, implementation, and operations of enterprise AI and machine learning strategies, policies, and platforms, providing departmentwide leadership to drive AI-enabled modernization and mission outcomes. He also oversees DOL’s AI, data, and enterprise platform ecosystems, advancing responsible, innovative AI adoption. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Division Chief for Shared Solutions within TIE, advising OCIO leadership on enterprise IT strategy, modernization priorities, and emerging technology integration. Earlier, he held senior roles in healthcare insurance and biomedical informatics, building high-performing engineering teams and delivering large-scale products, data, and analytics solutions.
