ACE seeks to strengthen governments and communities in Asia to address the worst forms of child labor, including the online sexual exploitation of children, and promote acceptable conditions of work through a unified and participatory approach in the Philippines and Vietnam.

• Collaborate with all relevant MOMT to build capacity for prevention and education programs on HIV/AIDS
• Establishment of HIV/AIDS policies and programs in targeted workplaces.
• Build a knowledge base on the social and labor implications of HIV/AIDS
• Build a system for dissemination of information on policy, intervention strategies and access to resource materials.
• Conduct meetings with professional organizations and other relevant stakeholders on how to improve worker’s conditions and promote relevant programs supporting workers/employees rights, especially the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS.

• Assist the government in developing a national system for the training of government officials in the enforcement of national labor laws;
• Develop training materials and techniques and provide training for labor inspectors to enhance their effectiveness.
• Develop an educational information on labor law to educate workers and employers about their legal responsibilities and rights;
• Promote innovative forms of labor-management cooperation in the workplace;
• Develop effective ways to improve the existing labor dispute prevention and resolution system;
• Provide training to enhance the provision of legal services to migrant and women workers
